Feel Great, Have Fun and Fundraise for our Friends at Legacy!

As part of the Thales national partnership, we are challenging all Thales staff to raise funds and awareness to support the exceptional work of Legacy around Australia.

How can I fundraise for LEGACY.

  1. Decide how you would like to fundraise for Legacy, enter a team for a sporting event or hold your own event at work or in your local community – it could be a BBQ, bake off, a mufti day or trivia night.
  2. Click on "Start Fundraising" and create your own individual or team personalised fundraising page.
  3. Send a link of your page to your friends, family and colleagues asking them to support you.
  4. Remember to blog regularly on your page, upload photos and details of your progress, training, challenges etc. This keeps your supporters interested and engaged in your fundraising activities.
  5. Check out the Useful Tools tab on this page for fundraising tips, downloadable templates and advertising material.

What can I expect from the Legacy Team?

  • Once Legacy have received your details they will make contact with you via email or phone to welcome you and thank you for your support.
  • They can provide advice and assistance to help you in your fundraising efforts.
  • Discuss with you where you'd like your raised funds to go - nationally to all Legacy clubs, your local Legacy Club or to a specific initiative for example - 'Send a Legacy Kid to camp'.
  • We'll be interested to hear how you are going with your fundraising so please keep in touch.

If you have any questions or need help to get you going in the right direction give us a call or drop us an email as we are happy to share some helpful tips to get you started.
